大数据如何促产业转型升级？听大咖说……

大数据如何帮助一个地方建立自己的农业精加工产品品牌？每个地方都有自己的农特产品，但在品牌甄别上依然存在漏洞。例如有名的阳澄湖大闸蟹，大部分品牌的品质和品控无法被消费者所认知，导致大家在网上选购的时候无法分辨品牌优劣。

同样，像赣南的脐橙，它的大小、甜度、品相到底如何，其实对于消费者而言，很难辨别。因此，各个地方很难讲述自己的产品好在哪里，这就是所谓的生产性标准、安全性标准和品控性标准。再例如说曾获巴拿马金奖的祁门红茶，为了让消费者对它的甜度、香度、茶碱、茶多酚含量等品控标准一目了然，我们根据产地不同，品质差异等，对每一批红茶都建立起品控或者消费者的评级体系。

品控标准目的是帮助消费者如何更好地挑选优品，就像我们会根据牌子选购洗发露，同时也会关注第二行，油性头发适用还是干性头发适用或是受损头发，我们曾在祁门的一个主要红茶产区联合几家单位发布一个新的品控标准。

为此，我们通过设立评估标准，成立设立评级中心。一个良好的品控标准，让新的供应链对接大渠道，通过由标准到评级，评级到品牌的赋能方式，使我们的产品更具话语权地取得渠道推向市场。这些工作要基于一个基础，即通过大数据收集和整理产品在市场上的流转信息，得到一些标准的制定。
